Characters creation "Bonuses".

Alright I thought this might be a neat idea to get people to enjoy their RPC's more, and push them a little harder. All RPC's created shall be judged upon profile template qualitiy, and background quality. How much effort overall was put into it etc. and then all the admins (Or at least 2 of them) will decide if you can start out with a higher than normal post count with them. Anyway work hard it shall be rewarded etc.
