Battle system/battle policy

That's right there is a battling system, it isn't complicated though, and is mostly just a common sense approach to all things.

• The first rule is that a moderator/admin shall watch over all battle/spar posts upon the forum. This moderator/admin has the right to post claiming that an action done by one member against another was invalid, therefore they can force a change in the post. No arguing with the judges, don't care what happened deal.
  
  
• The second rule is, that in addition to the first rule, another moderator shall also read the battle thread, but make no response, keeping them as an impartial judge in the case of others attempting to cheat. If evidence of an moderator/admin found being bias in a fights ruling is found ON FORUM, then they shall be reprimanded.
  
  
• You cannot bitch about someone else's powers mid fight, if you do so, your character automatically takes a hit of any kind from the one attacking. This counts ON FORUM, meaning in PM's, or publicly. If done on messenger enough times to be harassment however consider your RPC dead for all intents and purposes.
  
  
• While you cannot bitch about another's powers, you can bring up a flaw within them so that they may be looked over. Keep in mind though that their abilities will be subjected to a neutral treatment, in that it will not be geared towards YOUR benefit. Their powers shall not be revoked mid fight, you entered the thread you have to deal with it.
  
  
• No nulling of any thread shall ever occur. I don't care what happened it did get the hell over it, that is what death benefits are for, and character growth. If you have a problem it will be addressed after all is said and done, but bottom line, you have the free will to enter anything should you so choose to. Again no bitching.
  
  
• Deciding not to post in response to a battle is the worst possible thing you could do. Worse than banging a fat chick with herpes. As the other person will then be allowed to stack posts on top of posts against you, and for each two days you are gone, ALL of those blows shall hit you no exceptions. This of course does not apply if you make a valid leaving topic, and explain why you are leaving. If gone for more than a week without a form of update however, your character will suffer the same penalty.
  
  
• No characters shall ever be revived because 'They got screwed" Tough shit kids, go cry to someone who cares. Live or die, or be creative it's an RP designed to have a role playing experience, and in role play people die, just a fact.
